My Expertise

I work as a senior operator and advisor, stepping in where clarity, structure, and expertise are required.  My work typically takes one of four forms, each focused on executive accountability and decision impact:

Stepping into executive-level roles on an interim or fractional basis to stabilize operations, strengthen governance, and support leadership through periods of transition or growth.

Supporting CEOs and senior leadership teams on complex operational, commercial, and organizational decisions—particularly where risk, scale, or regulation heighten the stakes.

Governance, Risk & Commercial Reset

Helping organizations strengthen decision frameworks, clarify accountabilities, and restore commercial and governance discipline in environments where informal systems are no longer sufficient.

My Approach

Clients typically reach out when they are facing one or more of the following:
